HYPNOSIS and
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
 |
Q: What is hypnosis and what does it feel like?
A: Hypnosis is a simple process that helps you to quiet and focus your mind in order to create a link between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. It feels much like the moments when you are just falling asleep -- your mind and body are relaxed, but you are aware of what is happening around you.

 |
Q: How do hypnosis and meditation differ?
A: Physiologically, there is no difference at all. They are both states of deep relaxation. In hypnosis, however, the relaxed state is not the end in itself; rather, it is used as a tool to access the subconscious mind and learn what negative beliefs are inhibiting your potential. With this awareness, negative patterns can be replaced with positive ones. Changing your belief system changes your life! And hypnosis is one of the most rapid tools for creating change.

Q: Must I give up self-control in order to be hypnotized?
A: NO! In fact, your self-control is required, as you must give your consent to be hypnotized and to remain hypnotized during the session. All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis. The hypnotherapist is merely there to facilitate your explorations.

Q: What can I accomplish through hypnosis?
A: Many, many things!
*Discover when current problems originated -- either in this life or a past
life;
*Discover if you've had a past life with someone close to you now;
*Discover your purpose in this lifetime;
*Develop a relationship with your higher self and/or spirit guides;
*Access hidden talents and abilities;
*Stop bad habits such as smoking and overeating;
*Learn techniques for relieving pain;
*Accelerate physical healing;
*Converse with sub-personalities hidden deep within;
*Contact and converse with loved ones who have passed away; and
*Explore between life experiences.
A past life regression session is generally about three hours, and you have absolute control over what takes place. Several past lives can be explored, as well as contact with departed loved ones, and a conversation with your higher self/soul.
Sessions for behavior modification, such as
to stop smoking or lose weight, are generally one hour in length.
